Easier management for Corona's busy boards
Simple, visible pricing
You should be able to plan your budget around management fees with confidence.
Our all-in pricing covers routine services without extra line items. Rates are listed online, so your board can estimate costs before calling.
Your rate stays consistent after you sign.
We charge 2% for management, which beats the industry average, plus per-owner fees. Your board then adds the financial and meeting support it prefers. Nothing more.
Use the calculator on our Pricing page for a ballpark number. Request a free quote and we’ll lock it in writing within one business day.

Seven guarantees, no exceptions
Each one is in the contract. If we fall short, we make it right and take money off your fees.

- Service - Managers carry no more than 10 associations or 1,000 owners.

- CEO Access - Every owner gets direct email access to our CEO
- Transparency - We provide an HOASnapshot report if requested, and all contract and pricing information is provided upfront.
A family company that can grow with Corona
Some Corona HOAs are small townhome groups; others are large master-planned communities. We fit both. As a family-owned company, we pair deeper resources than a solo shop with a personal approach national firms rarely offer.
Managers ready for growth
We keep portfolios sustainable, so your manager can stay proactive even as your community grows.
Our managers already work with several Corona associations.
Regional supervisors at our Riverside office back them up.
And our corporate office, family-owned from the start, has HOA professionals who know which laws affect your association.
You can also email Scott Brady, our founder and CEO, directly.
Founded on reform
Scott Brady has worked in Southern California real estate since 2012. He started Progressive Association Management in 2020 to fix what he saw wrong with HOA management. He's pushed for better policy with lawmakers, written the book on HOAs, and built tools to keep association finances strong.
Resources for Corona board members
Our free resource library helps board members get up to speed quickly, which is especially handy in fast-growing communities.
Self-managed boards are welcome too.

Layered associations in South Corona
Many Corona communities, especially in South Corona and Temescal Valley, have a master association plus neighborhood associations, each with its own budget.
Foothills versus flatlands
Associations backing up to the Santa Ana Mountains carry fuel modification zones and slopes. Communities on flatter ground spend more of their budget on landscaping and paving.
Fire history near the 91
The 2008 Freeway Complex Fire started near Corona, and insurers still watch foothill communities here closely. Documented brush clearance makes renewal conversations easier.
The biggest costs ahead
Slope work, perimeter walls, and turf conversions required by AB 1572 are the largest upcoming costs for Corona associations. Steady reserve funding keeps them from becoming assessments.
Trails and an easy commute
The Skyline Trail, Dos Lagos, and a direct route to Orange County on the 91 make Corona a favorite for commuters.

The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.
Had such a wonderful experience with this company! Trina in particular was so wonderful and helpful throughout a loan process as she was willing to get us anything we were needing to help us proceed! Thank you so much for your hard work, Trina, keep being amazing! :)

FAQs
No less than every other month for a full inspection. If your board wants more frequent visits, we'll add them for a small fee.
Our proprietary HOASnapshot is like a Carfax for your association. It organizes the CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, collections, legal issues, and other key data in order of priority. Boards use it as their decision baseline.
Managing nearly 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations, we keep thorough coverage:
- General Liability – For injuries or damage connected to our work or managed properties.
- Errors and Omissions – Covers professional errors in management and sales.
- Cybertheft – Keeps operating, trust, and reserve dollars safe.
- Workers Compensation – Covers team members injured on the job.
- Fidelity Bond – Funds on hand are bonded for $1,000,000.
We'll find you another. Tell our management team, and they'll handle the reassignment. Please give your manager a few months first to get to know your board.
Start by giving notice to your current management company. Review the contract first, since some require 30 days, some 60, and some only allow cancellation during one 30-day window per year before renewing. Notice by email or letter is fine. Then sign with us, and our team takes over: contacting the outgoing company, getting the owner role, picking up governing documents, moving bank accounts, and onboarding owners. We can transition in 30 days; 45 gives everyone more breathing room.
