Progressive Association Management

Scott Brady has worked in Southern California real estate since 1997. He served his community in local government as a city council member and mayor, built a real estate brokerage and a property management company, and wrote the book on HOAs. It showed him what Southern California’s HOA boards needed.

Putting that experience to work, Scott founded Progressive Association Management in 2020. He designed a company that could guarantee superior service by addressing the main challenge in the industry: overwhelmed community managers. He built Progressive around a new model: no manager carries more than 10 communities or 1,000 owners. Customer service is built into the architecture of Progressive. Scott’s commitment to service, transparency, and accountability guides the Progressive Way.
