Progressive Association Management, Inc. (“Progressive,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit progressive-am.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

This notice tells California residents, at or before the point we collect it, what personal information we collect through the Site and why.

What we collect

Contact details (name, email address, phone number); your role and your association’s name, city and ZIP code; community details you choose to give us, such as the number of owners and average monthly dues; anything you write in a message; and device and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the page that referred you.

Why we collect it

To answer your request, prepare estimates and proposals, send the documents you ask for, contact you about your request, run and improve the Site, measure our marketing, and prevent spam and misuse. The full list is under How we use information.

Sale or sharing

Sensitive personal information

Our forms do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as Social Security, driver’s license or financial account numbers.

Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us or ask for our one-page board overview or our management agreement, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your role, such as board president, board member or homeowner
• Your association’s name, city and ZIP code
• Community details, such as the number of owners and average monthly dues
• Anything else you choose to include in a message

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. When you send a form, we also record which page you sent it from. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this.

The Site uses these outside services, which receive your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads or a form is sent: Google Fonts, for our typefaces; CARTO and OpenStreetMap, for the maps on our community and service-area pages; YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, for our videos; and GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management system that receives the details you send through our forms. • To respond to your requests and prepare estimates and written proposals
• To send the materials you ask for, such as our one-page board overview
• To contact you about your request by phone, email or text, with your consent
• To provide, maintain and improve our services and the Site
• To understand how visitors use the Site and measure our marketing
• To protect the Site and prevent spam, fraud and misuse
• To comply with legal obligations

If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Progressive may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. Consent is never a condition of doing business with us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• With service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example hosting, email, forms, customer relationship management and analytics). They may use it only to provide services to us.
• With our affiliate, Progressive Property Management, when needed to respond to your request. [To confirm by PAM: whether information is shared with Progressive Property Management. If it is not, this line comes out.]
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Progressive, our clients or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
• With your permission.

We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

• Cookies: You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the Site may not work as well without them.
• Analytics: You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. [To confirm by PAM: keep this line only if Google Analytics is used.]
• Email: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Texts: Reply STOP to opt out.
• Global Privacy Control: We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where required by law.

California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information and of its “sharing,” which California law defines as disclosing it for advertising based on your activity across websites. We do not sell your personal information. Some analytics and advertising tools can count as sharing, and you can opt out of that here.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, may give you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy
• Ask us to delete or correct your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through the Site)
• Be free from discrimination for using these rights

To make a request, email info@progressive-am.com or call 1-800-665-2149. We will verify your identity before responding and reply within the time the law requires. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, such as responding to your request, managing our relationship with your association and meeting legal and accounting requirements. [To confirm by PAM: specific retention periods, for example how long quote requests from associations that do not become clients are kept.]

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we encourage you not to send sensitive details, such as bank or account numbers, through our website forms.

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

The Site links to websites we do not operate, including our Client Portal, which is provided by CINC Systems, and our social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
