Management that gives Wildomar boards their time back
Know your cost before you call
Budgeting is hard enough without guessing what management will cost.
That's why our rates are posted publicly and cover the everyday services boards need, without add-on charges for routine work.
After onboarding, your pricing holds steady.
The structure is simple: a 2% management fee that sits under the industry average, set per-owner charges, and optional financial and meeting packages your board can choose.
Try the calculator on our Pricing page for a ballpark, then ask for a free quote. We’ll send the confirmed number within one business day.
Full breakdowns live on our Pricing and Transparency pages.

Sized right for Wildomar associations
A twelve-home HOA and a several-hundred-home HOA both get our full attention. We're family-owned, with deeper support than an independent manager and a friendlier feel than a corporate chain.
People who pick up the phone
We keep manager workloads reasonable on purpose, so nobody's too busy to call you back.
Local managers handle the day-to-day with a can-do attitude.
Regional supervisors from the Riverside office are right behind them.
Our corporate team adds HOA specialists who track California and federal regulations so your board stays compliant.
You'll also get direct email access to Scott Brady, our founder and CEO.
Meet Scott Brady
Scott started in Southern California real estate in 2012 and launched Progressive Association Management in 2020 to fix what wasn't working in the industry. He pushes for HOA reform in local government and Sacramento, has written the book on HOAs, and develops tools that protect association finances.
Free tools for HOA boards
We built a free library to make board service less confusing, with guides on budgets, meetings, rules, and more.
It's open to every board, managed by us or not.
Wildomar HOA starting points
Parks, slopes, and private streets
Most Wildomar associations are newer planned communities that maintain parks, landscaped slopes, and private streets.
An independent reserve study early on
Many newer communities start out with a developer's budget. Getting an independent reserve study early gives the board a realistic picture of what the community will need.
After the Tenaja Fire
The 2019 Tenaja Fire burned close to Wildomar, and communities near the Santa Ana Mountains still carry wildfire exposure. Fuel modification records help at renewal.
Big costs on the horizon
Slope work, private street repaving, and turf conversion are the largest upcoming costs for Wildomar associations. Steady funding keeps them from becoming assessments.
Lake views and plateau trails
Lake Elsinore, the Santa Rosa Plateau, and nearby Temecula make Wildomar a scenic, growing place to live.

The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

FAQs
We inspect on-site no less than once every two months. Boards that want extra walks can add them for a small fee.
Think of it as a vehicle history report for your association. Our proprietary HOASnapshot ranks what matters most across your CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, delinquencies, and any litigation, giving your board a clear starting point.
We're responsible for almost 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations, so our coverage includes:
- General Liability – For damage or injuries tied to our work or the properties we manage.
- Errors and Omissions – For mistakes by our agents in management or sales.
- Cybertheft – For association money targeted by online fraud.
- Workers Compensation – For any team member hurt on the job.
- Fidelity Bond – $1,000,000 in protection for client funds.
Yes. Not every pairing clicks, and that's okay. Tell our leadership team and we'll reassign you. We'd just suggest giving a new manager a couple of months to settle in.
Step one is ending your current management agreement. Read the cancellation clause closely: notice periods are often 30 or 60 days, and some contracts only let you cancel during a 30-day window before auto-renewing for another year. A written letter or email usually works. Once you sign with Progressive, we take it from there. We reach out to the outgoing company, become the owner of record, gather your governing documents, move your bank accounts, and get owners set up. A 30-day handoff is doable, though 45 days is ideal.
