Our rates, out in the open
Nobody likes guessing what the management bill will be.
We bundle routine work into one inclusive price, and we don't sneak in extras. Since rates are published online, you can figure your costs before we ever talk.
Once you sign, your costs are predictable.
Expect a 2% management fee (lower than most competitors), regular per-owner fees, and the level of accounting and meeting help your board chooses. Nothing extra.
Our Pricing page calculator gives you a fast estimate. Ask for a free quote and you’ll get it in writing within one business day.
All the specifics are on our Pricing and Transparency pages.
Seven guarantees that keep us sharp
These are contract terms, not slogans. If we miss one, we'll fix the problem and reduce what you pay.
- Response - Owner inquiries are answered within 2 business days
- Vendors - Work meets the board's standards
- Financial Reporting - Provided by the end of the following month
- Service - Managers carry no more than 10 associations or 1,000 owners.
- Satisfaction - The board can cancel the contract with 60 days' notice
- CEO Access - Every owner gets direct email access to our CEO
- Transparency - We provide an HOASnapshot report if requested, and all contract and pricing information is provided upfront.
A family business for family neighborhoods
Murrieta has small enclaves and big master-planned communities, and we're comfortable with both. Family ownership means we can bring real expertise without losing the personal touch that national chains tend to drop.
Managers with time for your board
Each of our managers carries a capped number of accounts, so your board isn't fighting for their attention.
We already manage associations here in Murrieta.
Our Riverside-based supervisors keep them supported.
Back at headquarters, a family-run team of HOA specialists keeps tabs on every legal requirement your community faces.
Scott Brady, our founder and CEO, also shares his email with every client board.
Why Progressive exists
Scott Brady has been part of the Southern California real estate world since 2012. Frustrated with the status quo in HOA management, he launched Progressive in 2020. He's pushed lawmakers for reform, written the book on HOAs, and developed tools that help boards keep their finances in shape.

Setting up Murrieta HOAs for the long run
Master associations with parks and pools
Many Murrieta communities have a master association and neighborhood associations, with shared parks, pools, and private streets to maintain.
A fresh look at developer budgets
Developer budgets are written to sell homes, not to fund a community for 30 years. An independent reserve study is one of the most valuable first steps a new Murrieta board can take.
Fire risk near the Santa Rosa Plateau
The 2019 Tenaja Fire burned near Murrieta's western edge, and communities close to the Santa Rosa Plateau have ongoing wildfire exposure to plan for.
Turf, slopes, and pools ahead
AB 1572 turf conversions, slope work, and pool replacements are the major costs coming for Murrieta associations. Phasing them over several years protects owners.
The plateau, downtown, and wine country
The Santa Rosa Plateau, Historic Downtown Murrieta, and nearby Temecula wine country make Murrieta a favorite for families.

The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

FAQs
Regularly. Your manager is on-site at least every couple of months to inspect the property. Want more frequent check-ins? There's a small fee.
It's a health report for your HOA, like a Carfax. We designed it to pull the key points from your governing documents, finances, reserve study, unpaid dues, and any legal matters, then rank them. Boards lean on it when making big calls.
Roughly 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations rely on us, so we're thoroughly insured:
- General Liability – Steps in if someone is injured or property is damaged during our work or on a managed site.
- Errors and Omissions – Protects against professional mistakes by our agents.
- Cybertheft – Covers your operating, trust, and reserve accounts if criminals come calling.
- Workers Compensation – Our staff are covered by the state fund if hurt at work.
- Fidelity Bond – A $1,000,000 bond protects what we hold.
Let our management team know and we'll bring in someone new. We'd just ask you to give the first manager a few months to settle in.
Less effort than most boards expect. You'll send your current company a termination notice by email or letter, after checking the contract for its notice period (30 or 60 days, or sometimes one 30-day window per year before an automatic renewal). Then you sign with us, and our team handles everything else: talking to your old manager, taking over the owner role, getting your documents, switching the bank accounts, and onboarding owners. We'd love 45 days, but 30 works.
