A family company for a growing city
From a small new subdivision to a large planned community, we can manage it. Family ownership gives us more depth than a solo manager and more personal attention than national firms.
Managers who help boards learn
Sustainable portfolios give our managers time to guide newer boards through their first big decisions.
We already manage associations in Menifee.
Regional supervisors in Riverside back up our local team.
Our family-owned corporate office has HOA professionals who know the laws new associations need to follow.
Your board also gets the direct email of Scott Brady, our founder and CEO.
Our founder's story
Scott Brady has been in Southern California real estate since 2012. He founded Progressive Association Management in 2020 to bring real reform to HOA management. He's advocated for change at the local and state level, written the book on HOAs, and created tools to keep associations financially healthy.
Learning resources for new boards
Our free library is perfect for first-time board members who want to learn the ropes.
Self-managed boards can use it too.
Menifee HOA board considerations
Master plans and active-adult living
The city's associations include newer master-planned communities and active-adult neighborhoods, many with clubhouses and pools.
Reaching every owner
In communities with many retirees, clear and patient communication matters. Printed notices and phone calls still work best for some owners, and we make sure they get them.
Hillside fire and inland heat
Neighborhoods on the hillside edges near open land have wildfire exposure, and Menifee’s heat wears down roofs and equipment faster than it would on the coast.
Amenities and landscape changes
Clubhouse renovations, pool replacements, and turf conversion are major reserve items in Menifee. Steady funding keeps assessments off the table.
Lakes, parks, and nearby Temecula
Menifee Lakes, nearby Lake Elsinore, and a short drive to Temecula make Menifee a growing favorite.

Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

Yes. Reach out to our management team and we'll reassign your account. Please give your manager a few months to settle in first.
First, terminate your current management contract. Review the terms, since some need 30 days' notice, some 60, and a few only allow cancellation during one 30-day window before renewing for a year. Notice can go by email or letter. Then sign with us, and we'll handle the transition: contacting your old company, assuming the owner role, collecting governing documents, switching banks, and onboarding owners. We can finish in 30 days, though 45 is ideal.
