Rates you can estimate today
Good pricing is easy to read and easy to plan around.
Ours is all-inclusive, covering the services you receive without extra charges. And our rates are posted online, so you can estimate costs before reaching out.
After setup, expect consistent rates.
We pair a 2% management fee, below the industry average, with standard per-owner charges. Your board selects its financial and meeting support. That's the full cost.
Our Pricing page calculator will estimate your cost. Then request a free quote, and we'll put it in writing within one business day.

A family company in your backyard
Small or large, your Placentia association is a fit. We're family-owned, which means more resources than a mom-and-pop manager and more personal care than the national players. You'll get people who know you and expertise you can count on.
A team that's close and capable
We keep manager portfolios sustainable, so yours has time to focus on your board and community.
Our local managers already serve multiple Placentia associations.
Regional supervisors support them every day.
Our family-owned corporate office, minutes away in Anaheim, is staffed with HOA professionals who know the laws affecting your community.
You'll also get direct email access to founder and CEO Scott Brady.
Meet the founder
Scott Brady has been in Southern California real estate since 2012. He founded Progressive Association Management in 2020 to bring real reform to HOA management. He's advocated for change at the local and state level, written the book on HOAs, and built tools to keep associations financially secure.
Resources for Placentia board members
We share a full resource library for free with any board, because better HOAs make for better neighborhoods.
Self-managed boards are welcome.
Placentia HOA planning notes
Mid-size communities with shared green space
Most Placentia associations are mid-size townhome and condo communities with pools, greenbelts, and private drives. Landscaping is often the largest single operating expense.
Getting ready for 2029 turf rules
Watering greenbelts is a big expense, and California's AB 1572 bans drinking-water irrigation of nonfunctional common-area turf starting in 2029. Placentia boards should start planning and pricing conversions now.
Coverage near the Chino Hills
Northern Placentia sits near the Puente-Chino Hills, which brings some wildfire exposure, and the region's earthquake risk makes a regular coverage review worthwhile.
Phasing turf, pools, and roofs
Turf conversions, pool resurfacing, and roof replacements are common reserve items in Placentia. Spreading them over several years keeps assessments off the table.
Old Town and Tri-City Park
Old Town Placentia's restaurants, the lake at Tri-City Park, and easy trips to Yorba Linda and Fullerton make Placentia a comfortable place to live.

The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

FAQs
Yes. We inspect every community on-site at least every other month. Extra inspections are available for a small fee.
Our proprietary HOASnapshot is like a Carfax for associations. It organizes the CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, delinquencies, litigation, and other critical information into a prioritized report. Boards use it as a starting point for decisions.
We manage almost 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations, so we keep comprehensive policies, including:
- General Liability – Covers injury or damage at managed properties or during our work.
- Errors and Omissions – Protects agents in HOA management, residential management, and sales.
- Cybertheft – Insures operating, trust, and reserve funds against theft.
- Workers Compensation – Covers on-the-job injuries through the state fund.
- Fidelity Bond – A $1,000,000 bond covers funds in our care.
Contact our management team and we'll assign someone else. We just ask that you give your manager a few months to settle in first.
First, terminate your current management contract. Read the terms closely, since notice may be 30 or 60 days, and some contracts can only be canceled during one 30-day window before renewing for a year. Notice by email or letter is fine. Then sign our contract, and our team handles the transition: contacting your old company, taking on the owner role, collecting governing documents, changing banks, and onboarding owners. Thirty days works, but 45 is preferable.
