A family company for resort-style communities
From a small condo enclave to a large country-club community, we can manage it. Family ownership means more resources than a solo manager and more personal service than national firms.
Managers who keep watch while you're away
Our managers keep sustainable portfolios, so they can stay on top of your property even when owners are out of town.
We already manage communities in Palm Desert.
Our Riverside supervisors support them.
Our family-owned corporate office keeps tabs on the state and federal laws that apply to your HOA.
You'll also have Scott Brady's direct email. He's our founder and CEO.
Meet our founder
Scott Brady has worked in Southern California real estate since 2012. He started Progressive Association Management in 2020 to reform HOA management. He's advocated for change at the local and state level, written the book on HOAs, and built tools to keep associations financially sound.

Palm Desert HOA know-how
Country clubs and seasonal residents
The city's associations include golf country clubs, condo complexes, and communities where many owners only live here part of the year.
Meetings that work for snowbirds
Seasonal owners need clear communication all year, and boards may need to schedule meetings and votes that work for owners who live elsewhere half the year. Remote attendance helps.
Heat and monsoon season
Palm Desert's heat strains roofs, HVAC systems, and pools, and summer monsoon storms can cause flash flooding. Your coverage review should address both.
Courses, clubhouses, and turf
Keeping up golf courses, renovating clubhouses, and converting turf are the major reserve items in Palm Desert. Planning them years ahead protects owners from large assessments.
El Paseo and the Living Desert
El Paseo's shops, the Living Desert, and the Santa Rosa Mountains on the horizon make Palm Desert a desert favorite.

300+
The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.
Had such a wonderful experience with this company! Trina in particular was so wonderful and helpful throughout a loan process as she was willing to get us anything we were needing to help us proceed! Thank you so much for your hard work, Trina, keep being amazing! :)

FAQs
Yes. On-site inspections happen at least every other month, all year. Boards can add extra visits for a small fee.
It's a proprietary report that works like a Carfax for your HOA. It compiles the CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, delinquencies, litigation, and more, then ranks priorities. Boards use it as a starting point.
With about 1,000 properties and over 269 associations in our care, we carry:
- General Liability – For injuries or damage at managed communities or during work.
- Errors and Omissions – Covers our agents in management and sales.
- Cybertheft – Insures operating, trust, and reserve funds.
- Workers Compensation – State-fund coverage for our staff.
- Fidelity Bond – A $1,000,000 bond protects funds in our care.
Contact our management team and they'll assign someone new. We ask for a few months first so your manager can learn your community.
First, end your current management agreement. Check the terms, since some require 30 days' notice, some 60, and a few only allow cancellation during one 30-day window before renewing for a year. Email or a letter works. Then sign with us, and we'll handle the transition: contacting your previous company, assuming the owner role, collecting governing documents, switching banks, and onboarding owners, including seasonal residents. Thirty days is possible; 45 is better.
