What Buena Park boards stop worrying about
Run the numbers yourself
Your treasurer will appreciate this one.
We price everything routine into a single inclusive rate, with zero surprise line items. That rate is published, so it's easy to estimate costs without a sales pitch.
Budgeting gets easier once you're on board.
Ingredients: a 2% management fee that undercuts the typical rate, standard per-owner charges, and the financial and meeting support your board picks. That's the recipe.
Plug your HOA's info into our Pricing page calculator for a quick figure. Then request a free quote and expect it in writing within one business day.

Seven guarantees, zero loopholes
Look in any Progressive contract and you'll find these. If we drop one, we owe you a fix and a lower bill.
- Response - Owner inquiries are answered within 2 business days
- Vendors - Work meets the board's standards
- Financial Reporting - Provided by the end of the following month
- Service - Managers carry no more than 10 associations or 1,000 owners.
- Satisfaction - The board can cancel the contract with 60 days' notice
- CEO Access - Every owner gets direct email access to our CEO
- Transparency - We provide an HOASnapshot report if requested, and all contract and pricing information is provided upfront.
Family-run, Orange County-based
We manage associations with a dozen units and associations with hundreds. Family ownership gives us real depth without the corporate distance. You'll get specialists when you need them and familiar faces the rest of the time.
Attentive, not overloaded
Managers who carry too many accounts drop balls. Ours carry fewer, so they can actually pay attention.
Our managers already work with associations in Buena Park.
Supervisors in the region add backup and know-how.
And the family-owned head office, just minutes away in Anaheim, keeps watch over every legal requirement that touches your HOA.
Founder and CEO Scott Brady gives client boards his direct email, too.
How it started
In 2012, Scott Brady went to work in Southern California real estate. Years of watching associations get poor service led him to found Progressive Association Management in 2020. He's argued for reform before local and state officials, written the book on HOAs, and engineered tools that help boards stay solvent and organized.
A free crash course for board members
Our resource library covers budgets, meetings, reserves, and more. It's free and open to any board.
Including yours, even if you self-manage.
Buena Park HOA checklist
Mid-size complexes with carports
Most Buena Park associations are mid-size complexes from the 1970s and 1980s, with carports, a pool, and systems that are now on their second or third replacement.
Soundwalls and freeway noise
Communities next to the freeways deal with noise and soundwall upkeep. Before budgeting a repair, confirm whether the wall belongs to the association, the city, or Caltrans.
Updating rebuild values
Construction costs have climbed sharply, so older Buena Park complexes should confirm that the replacement-cost value on their master policy is current.
Common big-ticket items
Roof replacements, plumbing work, and repaving are the largest projects most Buena Park associations will face. Steady reserve funding keeps them from turning into assessments.
Entertainment close to home
Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times, and Ralph B. Clark Regional Park make Buena Park a fun place to call home.

The manager for our property is Alyssa. She is very professional, always quick to return phone calls and emails, and is very proactive in getting needed quotes and repairs. She is a huge asset to Progressive.
Sam is by far the best I have worked with. She’s always available and replies in a timely manner. Always a pleasure working with her. Thank you for all you do for us.
I had the privilege of working with Alyssa Kraus. She is incredibly responsive, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. So grateful for all her help!
Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

FAQs
Every other month at a minimum, a manager is on the property checking things over. Want more? A small fee covers extra visits.
It saves you from digging through binders. Our proprietary report reads like a Carfax for your HOA, condensing the CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, past-due accounts, any litigation, and other data into a ranked summary. Boards anchor big decisions to it.
Almost 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations rely on us, which is why we carry all of these:
- General Liability – For accidents that injure someone or damage property during our work or on managed sites.
- Errors and Omissions – Professional coverage for management and sales work by our agents.
- Cybertheft – Money draws criminals, so operating, trust, and reserve accounts are insured.
- Workers Compensation – Injured staff are covered through the state fund.
- Fidelity Bond – There's $1,000,000 in bond coverage on the funds we hold.
You're not. Our management team will reassign your community on request. We'd just ask you to give the first manager a few months to learn the ropes.
Not much, honestly. Your board gives notice to the current company after checking the contract terms (usually 30 or 60 days, though some only allow a single 30-day window before an automatic one-year renewal). Email or a letter works. Then you sign with us. Everything after that is our job: reaching out to the old company, taking the owner role, collecting documents, moving bank accounts, and onboarding owners. Plan for 45 days; 30 if you're in a hurry.
